The Pan Am Clinic Foundation respects your privacy and makes every effort
to comply with applicable privacy laws including the Personal Information
Protection and Electronic Documents Act. In order for us to achieve our mission,
we generally collect, use and disclose personal information only for the following
purposes:
- To contact prospective and past donors;
- To process donation payments;
- To issue income tax receipts or other related documentation;
- To inform individuals about our activities;
- To protect individuals and us against error and fraud; and
- To meet legal and regulatory requirements
We do not sell or exchange donor lists with third parties. We may, however, disclose
personal information to third parties in the following limited circumstances:
When we have an individual's consent;
To third party agents/suppliers engaged by us to perform functions on
our behalf;
To meet legal and regulatory requirements; in connection with an actual
or a possible corporate reorganization, merger or amalgamation with
another entity; or
When required or permitted by law
